Dancers info
The age of a dancer is 19-30 years old.
She should have some experience in pole dancing and lap dances.
There is no commission on drinks in the club.
Escort and sex services of any kind are strictly forbidden.
Length of contract, visa, work permit and airfare
Minimal contract length - 3 months, max. - 12 months.
Your first contract will be for 3 months with the possibility to extend it.
If the dancer worked min. 3 months, the club pays her airfare.
The dancer gets her work permit for one year and can work as much as she wants during the year.
For the work permit we need your photos and all the pictures of
the passport pages. Work permits are obtained in about one month.
If a dancer needs visa for Mexico, we give the addresses where she can get it.
Working hours:
Monday-Saturday: 18:00 – 03:00
Sunday is a day-off.
Girls work 5-6 days a week depending on shifts.
Wages and earnings:
Mexican currency – Mexican peso. The exchange rate to US dollar is 12:1.
Dancers are not paid salary by the club.
Dancers get what they have earned from dances and tips on stage.
Girls get 150 peso per dance (1 song).
According to Mexican laws girls can’t take cash money from customers –
tips and lap dances are paid by tickets.
Average monthly earnings are around 10 000 USD a month.
And it depends a lot on a girl and her ability to earn money
in this business. This is an upscale club giving great
opportunities to earn good money.
House fee, Tip out:
The club pays us a commission, dancers don't pay us anything.
Dancers pay a house fee of 300 pesos (2 tickets) per day.
Accommodation:
The club provides a free-of-charge accommodation in the apartments for free,
2 girls share 1 bedroom. In case a girl doesn’t want to have a roommate,
she could live in a single room in a hotel at her own expenses.
The club offers 50% discount on food and drinks in its restaurant.
Lap dance rules:
Lap dances are dances in special lap dance booths.
Lap dance (topless) is 1 song (3 min) and costs 220 pesos for the customer
(the girl gets 1 ticket). There is a soft–touching rule.
The customer is not allowed to touch dancer’s breasts.
The security guards the dancers very closely and strictly.
All the dances are paid in the form of tickets that the customer
previously purchased from the club.
Dancer change her tickets to cash money after the end of the shift.
Stage show and dress code:
The dancers perform a stage show that lasts 2 songs 3-4 times per shift,
as scheduled by the management. During the first dance the dancer
wears a sexy dress and lingerie, and during the second song the dancer
performs topless striptease dance. The stage show is a pole dancing.
There is no special dress code, but all the dancers perform in sexy
lingerie, transparent dresses, sometimes shorts or pants.
Platform shoes are required and boots are not allowed.
Every dancer has at least one long cocktail dress.
